The raw-food photo credit scam
A customer orders a meal, receives it intact, then generates an image of the same dish visibly undercooked or spilled and files for a full credit. The photo is plausible because the model was asked to make it plausible β correct packaging, correct branding, correct lighting for a doorstep at 8pm. A human reviewer under a 30-second SLA approves it.
