Liability Cap

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO TRUTHSCAN IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account closure process in your account settings or by contacting our support team.
